Quiet Steady Busy Rush

Saturday 9am to noon: put 2 on the counter and send out both carts.

The problem

The halfway house rush is predictable. Most clubs still guess.

Saturday, 10am

Ten groups deep at the turn. Pace of play backs up, golfers lose their momentum, and some skip the stop altogether. The sale walks away.

Tuesday, 2pm

Two staff on and almost nobody coming through. Hot dogs and sandwiches prepped for a crowd that never shows. Labor and food cost with nothing to show for it.

Tee time + 2 hours = your rush.

Golfers reach the halfway house about two hours after they tee off. Your tee sheet already knows when the turn will get busy. Tee2Turn reads it for you, then adjusts for weather, walk-ins and events.

How it works

From tee sheet to staffing plan in three steps

  1. 1

    Connect

Your tee sheet, your POS sales history and the local weather forecast. For the pilot, a one-time export is all it takes.

  2. 2

    Forecast

Golfers and sales at the halfway house, hour by hour, for the next 7 days, with a likely range for each day.

  3. 3

    Plan

Staff on the counter, beverage carts and prep counts, sent to your inbox every week.

Our story

Built by a golfer who got tired of waiting at the turn

I’m Michael. I’ve played golf my whole life, and I worked at a golf course in high school. It’s my favorite way to spend a day.

But too many of my rounds have stalled at the halfway house: a long line, not enough staff, and the momentum of the round gone. The rush isn’t random. It follows the tee sheet. Tee2Turn is how I’d fix it, for golfers and for the teams working the turn.
